Methodology of Consultations

  1. The Consultation is provided only in the written form by sending information by e-mail to both directions.
  2. The Request of the client to ZERROCORR has to be send by e-mail.
  3. The Response of ZERROCORR to the Request of the client is provided by e-mail during 7 days with the following information:
    1. The cost of the Consultation, the preliminary date of the beginning and the duration of the Consultation, if the first payment will be received in time (according to paragraph 3.3.).
    2. The Response of the client to ZERROCORR on the above (paragraph 3.1.) mentioned information is provided by e-mail during 7 days.
    3. Invoice for payment of 50% of the price of the Consultation (according to paragraph 3.1.) to the Bank account of ZERROCORR for the assessment of the Request of the client will be provided by e-mail during 7 days following positive answer of the client against Consultation.
    4. The preliminary date of the beginning of the Consultation will starts in 7 days after receiving the payment of 50% of the price of the Consultation to the Bank account of ZERROCORR .
    5. Refusal to provide the Consultation.
  4. The Consultation process starts (according to paragraph 3.3.) and the client will get the written info by e-mail from ZERROCORR about the beginning of the Consultation process.
  5. No additional information from the client side is accepted after the Consultation process is started.
  6. The preliminary cost of the Consultation by ZERROCORR:
    1. The duration of the Consultation 1-7 expert days: 500-3000 euro.
    2. The duration of the Consultation 8-16 expert days: 3001-6000 euro.
    3. The duration of the Consultation 17-22 expert days: 6001-8000 euro.
    4. The duration of the Consultation more than 22 expert days: under the agreement.
  7. The final financial payment of the Consultation (according to paragraph 3.1) is provided by the client to ZERROCORR during 7 days after the receiving by e-mail the accomplished by ZERROCORR document-consultation to the Request of the client mentioned in paragraph 2.
  8. Confidentiality matters. All information about the client as well as all information, provided to ZERROCORR by the client, and materials-results of the Consultation provided by ZERROCORR is a metter of confidentiallity, and will never be disseminated or discussed publicly on the inniative of ZERROCORR.
