Methodology of Consultations

Perform in 3 languages: Lithuanian, English or Russian

VERBALLY (A) on fb, what‘s up, messenger or in WRITTEN FORM (B)

A. Consultations verbally for 70 Euros – during 5 days since the first Request of the Client:

  1. The Consultation is provided in 3 languages (Lithuanian, English or Russian) by fb, what‘s up or messenger. The duration of Consultation is limited to 10 minutes, and no more than 2 issues could be discussed.
  2. The Request of the Client to the ZERROCORR must be send by e-mail by providing one or two questions/issues that would be discussed.
  3. The Response of the ZERROCORR against Consultation for the Client will followed by e-mail letter during 48 hours with the following information:
    1. The positive consent of the ZERROCORRR to provide Consultation and 3 alternatives of time for Consultation.
    2. The consent of the ZERROCORRR not to provide Consultation.
  4. Copy of the Invoice of payment for 70 Euros for Consultation to the Bank account of the ZERROCORR must be sent by e-mail before 48 hours of the begining of Consultation (time of Consultation must be choosed by the Client).
  5. Time for Consultation (choosed by the Client) according to three possible alternatives mentioned in paragraph 3.1., as well as a contact address of the Client (fb, what‘s up, messenger) must be provided by e-mail letter. In case of neccessity to choose the 4‘th alternative for the time of Consultation, it would be discussed on fb, what‘s up, messenger on the initiative of the Client.
  6. The initiative to start the Consultation on the agreed time belongs to ZERROCORR.
  7. Confidentiality matters. All information about the Client as well as all information, provided to the ZERROCORR by the Client and back is a metter of confidentiallity, and will never be disseminated or discussed publicly on the iniative of the ZERROCORR.

B. Consultations in written form for calculated price (paragraph 7):

  1. The Consultation is provided in 3 languages (Lithuanian, English or Russian) by sending information on e-mail, fb, what‘s up, or messenger to both directions.
  2. The first Request of the Client to the ZERROCORR must be sent by e-mail. All other negotiations would be provided on the manner up to Client decision (e-mail, fb, what‘s up, or messenger).
  3. The first Response of the ZERROCORR to the Request of the Client is provided by e-mail during 3 days with the following information:
    1. The cost, preliminary date of the beginning and the duration of Consultation.
    2. The Response of the Client to the ZERROCORR on the above (paragraph 3.1.) mentioned information must be provided by e-mail during 3 days.
    3. Copy of the Invoice of payment for 50% of the price of Consultation (according to paragraph 3.1.) to the Bank account of the ZERROCORR for Consultation of the Client must be provided by e-mail during 3 days in case of positive decision of the Client against Consultation.
    4. The preliminary date of the beginning of Consultation will starts on the next day after receiving the payment of 50% of the price of Consultation to the Bank account of the ZERROCORR .
    5. Refusal to provide Consultation.
  4. Consultation process starts (according to paragraph 3.4.) and the Client will get the written info from the ZERROCORR about the beginning of the Consultation process.
  5. No additional information from the Client side is accepted after the Consultation process is started. Exception is possible according to paragraph 6.
  6. In case of additional information has been sent to the ZERROCORR on the initiative of the Client, a new negotiations among partners will be provided to solve this challenge. Time for those negotiations is limited to 5 days since the additional material has been sent to the ZERROCORR. The period of negotiations is excluded from the calculation of the duration of Consultation, and new period and price for Consultation must be approved by both sides in written form. Consultation is implyed ended, if the negotiations finished during 5 days without the written positive Agreement. Following, prepared by the ZERROCORR intermediate material (Consultation) against the first Request must be sent on e-mail to the Client in 3 days as well as no financial reproach from both sides are accepted.
  7. The preliminary cost of Consultation by the ZERROCORR:
    1. The duration of Consultation 1-7 expert days: 500-1500 euro.
    2. The duration of Consultation 8-16 expert days: 1501-2500 euro.
    3. The duration of Consultation 17-22 expert days: 2501-4000 euro.
    4. The duration of Consultation more than 22 expert days: under the agreement.
  8. The final financial payment for Consultation (according to paragraph 3.1) is provided by the Client to the Bank account of the ZERROCORR during 5 days after receiving by e-mail or other agreed method the accomplished document (Consultation) on the Request of the Client mentioned in paragraph 2 or changed according to paragraph 6.
  9. Confidentiality matters. All information about the Client as well as all information, provided to the ZERROCORR by the Client, and materials-results of Consultation provided by the ZERROCORR is a metter of confidentiallity, and will never be disseminated or discussed publicly on the iniative of the ZERROCORR.
